• Items without original packaging
• Products damaged due to customer misuse
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

2. Share your order ID and photos of the product.
3. Our team will review and approve your return request.
4. Send the product back to our address in Uttara, Dhaka.
5. Once received and verified, we will process your replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or bKash/Nagad.
