1. Are your products 100% original?
Yes! All products sold on Trimo Shop are 100% original and imported directly from trusted international suppliers. We guarantee authenticity on every item.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across all of Bangladesh. You only pay when your order arrives at your door.
3. How long does delivery take?
Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days depending on your location.
4. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes! We have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please visit our Happy Return page for full details.
5. How do I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS with tracking information. You can also contact us at 01740302845 for order updates.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, DBBL, VISA, and Mastercard.
7. How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 01740302845 or trimoshop@gmail.com. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
8. Do you ship outside Bangladesh?
Currently, we only deliver within Bangladesh. International shipping is not available at this time.
9. What if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will replace it immediately.
