Not happy with your product? Trimo Shop offers a simple and convenient exchange process.
Exchange Eligibility
You can exchange a product if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item or wrong variant
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- Exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery
Exchange Conditions
- Products must be in original, unopened condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- One exchange per order is allowed
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
- Products damaged due to misuse
How to Request an Exchange

- Share your order ID and photos of the product
- Our team will confirm the exchange and arrange pickup
- Replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after receiving the returned item
