Exchange Policy

Not happy with your product? Trimo Shop offers a simple and convenient exchange process.

Exchange Eligibility

You can exchange a product if:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item or wrong variant
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging
  • Exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery

Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be in original, unopened condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Exchange is subject to product availability
  • One exchange per order is allowed

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Opened or used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to misuse

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  3. Share your order ID and photos of the product
  4. Our team will confirm the exchange and arrange pickup
  5. Replacement will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after receiving the returned item
