Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel Your Order

  5. Our team will confirm the cancellation via call or SMS

Cancellation Timeframe

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled
  • If you refuse delivery of a dispatched order, additional charges may apply

Refund After Cancellation

If you have already made an advance payment and your order is successfully cancelled, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.

Trimo Shop Cancellation

In rare cases, Trimo Shop may cancel your order due to:

  • Product being out of stock
  • Unable to verify delivery address
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and any payment made will be fully refunded.
